Where do we as individuals go to get the best price, gain valuable information and to get the best interest rates for our mortgage? |

unfortunately, they are all much of a muchness, mobile lenders can source loans from any of the financial institutions, but the institutions themselves have only small differences in their offerings.
While i forget the name, one that may be worthwhile looking up is the one which offers yearly rebates, so you gain the commission. |

Go to a mortgage broker like Mortgage Choice. They can organise which is best rate for your needs and its a free service. They get a commission from the bank you go with and set it all up for you but they don't favour one institution over another they get same commission.
It is so convenient mostly they work after hours |

yes, Mortgage CHoice is the way to go. They differ from other mortgage brokers in that they are completely indepedent from the banks and are paid the same commission regardless of which bank they refer you to so they are really acting in your best interest rather than other brokers who will refer you to the bank that pays them the highest commission |
